I appreciate the updates CCP has been giving us. Mocking "investigation is on going" and loudly decrying the effectiveness of the servers (especially the wanna be programmers) is rather pathetic. I wish the CCP taskforce assigned to the cluster melt-down the best of luck and an extra dose of patience! |

Down time of this magnitude is exceptionally rare. The EVE player reaction to any similar event, however, is fairly typical. |

Actually, this is a pretty interesting observation. I would be very curious to hear other people's thoughts as to what could cause all the different aspects to fail at the same time. |

Some real irony going on today.
1. Eve online is offline.
2. The Developers "Devs" have to UNdev the mess they made (all the way back to....)
3. They can't use spirits to improve their spirits. Although at this point, who knows what might help.
4. The armchair, forum warrior IT people can't get agree on a fix other than lynch Fozzie. Not irony just funny.
5. Eveoffline has been more fun today than Eveonline has been in a loong time!
Got any more good ironies to add to the list? |
